Yoga To Build Strength, Flexibility and Balance for Snow Sports
Learn some simple yoga poses and mindfulness techniques to improve your success on the slopes this winter. In this 4 week class you will learn ways to prevent injuries, even out any muscle imbalances, improve strength and soften areas of tightness. We will be learning different techniques each week so attending all four classes is recommended but not required. No yoga experience is necessary. If you have a yoga mat, block, strap, or blanket please bring them, if not some will be available for your use. You may want to bring a water bottle as well. Questions? Email email@example.com.
